Worth doing!

A Great Challenge!  — 1 month ago

I did this for almost a year once—not because of my beliefs or anything, just as a challenge for myself.

It helped me to better understand other vegans & vegetarians, their lifestyles and beliefs. I also found that I was a lot healthier, thinner, and more energetic while I was vegan.

It is VERY important to make sure that you have a healthy and complete diet while being vegan! You can’t just live off of salads and french fries—you need to make sure you’re getting all your vitamins, as well as protein! Fake meat might not be the tastiest part of the vegan lifestyle, but it is certainly an important one!

Also, if you decide to go back to being an omnivore, you need to slowly work your way back to it. When I decided to stop being vegan, the first thing I did was eat a cheeseburger and I got so sick!
