I need to remove this goal 4 years ago

It’s impossible, I keep over-eating and the only exercise I get is walking around campus like a maniac! Maybe I’ll get my body together by January… the sad thing is that my man likes my body so I feel like I can get away with being chubby:( Help!!!!

It may look impossible....

but don’t remove the goal.

Maybe you could revise it a little. But don’t put it to January. Maybe the goal could be changed to say lose 10 lbs by December 31st (which is almost January anyhow).

Fight really hard. Look at all of this stuff as the first major hurdle to overcome.

Look at the bright side, walking around like a maniac IS exercise afterall.

Thanks for the support, I started over today and feel better about myself. Going grocery shopping tomorrow so I’ll get only healthy stuff… and Soya shakes!

Funny you should ask

Very bad, I had greasy mexican food for lunch! It was yummy, but I’ll regret it in the morning. I think the problem is that I keep putting off going to the grocery store, so I’m forced to get fast food. I keep making excuses for myself, maybe I’ll just accept being a big girl and flaunt it with style… NOT (lol)!
