it helps to keep a clear mind and focus on current tasks. before i used to think too much in the morning, which often ended up in a lie-in. now i’m doing fine. after three weeks of practice i’ll tick teh goal as done.

I read your How I did it. I have a very lazy streak. i would rather muck about on the Internet or read magazines and newspapers than get my act together. I haven’t done that badly in general in life own my own home without anyone else, have a well paid job, have a job that keeps me outdoors. But looking and feeling fit is something I always procrastinate over. I was a Jane Fonda Fan and had a Jane Fonda type body but that was a long time ago. Would like to motivate myself to be as fit and healthy as I possible can now. Thank you again for the tips.
