SECOND_TIME_AROUND Doing what it takes to lose!
I ate odd at lunch.. it was raining and could not go out to get food, so I had a real Pepsi and a pack of 8 chedder peanut butter crackers!! Calories 450 and the Total Carbs 67 !!!!!!!!!!! more than I should eat in two days! I took my sugar after work. I wanted to see if it went back to normal. It was 85! It does not get much better than that! I am doing good, and my system must be getting used to being like normal..because it does go right now like it should. I learned that I can have more carbs, but I know I cannot do that everyday or it will creep up again.
