So, I have been doing my torso regiment for a week now, and I dont think Im pushing myself hard enough there. My legs are doing great and I can say that I am pushing just fine in that area because I BURN when Im done. Not so much with my torso, so I am upping the ante. I have increased my whole torso regiment by 5 across the board. Now, I am really feeling the work-out!
