NO PETS…NO PETS…NO. I TOLD YOU NO PETS! (no she didnt…but anyways…) so im like..well…i cant get rid of my dog…shes like then sorry boucha luck…nice meeting you. so im crying by this point..considering getting rid of the dog…cept i love my animals…so thats not really an option..i was just so distraught..i mean..i have the whole upstairs packed in boxes already!!! ive already called this week and canceled all of myutilities and everything…what a freakin huge disappointment..so w/e…guess im not movin. mark was hopeful tho…”maybe God’s saying..this is the house you think is perfect for you…now let me show you what I know is perfect for you….” so w/e…more patience for nena…my spirits are low but im still trying to be hopeful..i just dont know where to go from here.

maybe a pet deposit?

I know that some landlords/landladies say no pets, but then, when you offer them a $200 or $250 pet deposit (refundable of course), sometimes that changes their mind. That way they can be reassured that if you pet ruins something, it can be repaired without taking you to court, and that is really all the landlord/landlady cares about anyway….. It’s all in the Dollar signs…..good luck
