I want to build my own house with my hands. Help is not preferred, but I using help as sparingly as possible. I have been researching the prefabricated homes, kit homes, and other simplistic forms of building—anything to make it easier.

Since I’m a realtor, finding land and completing feasibility report should be relatively easy. I do have some building experience most of it is in remodeling and repairs. I am very motivated because of the prices of homes where I live; Orlando, Florida.
