We have two rooms, both of which are half office and half living room.
I decided that we need one of each rather than half of each in each room so I decided which room should be which and said we’d sort it all out this weekend.

So now we have a office and a living room and they look much more better now. We have the desk and computers etc in one room and the sofas and tvs etc in the other room and both rooms look much better and the rooms are how they are meant to be.
