Day 3: Vitamins 17 months ago

I’ve always been inconsistent about taking vitamins, but I think I feel healthier during the stretches where I’m more diligent. From now on, I will take my vitamin first thing in the morning. I know it won’t take long to get into a good habit of taking it.

.... I do the same. If you take them religiously every morning, it then becomes a regular habit, and of course you will feel amazing:)
