I spent a glorious hour in the park, reading my book and watching children playing, dogs frisking, birds fluttering, couples cuddling, and the whole world just generally basking in the sunshine. It’s put me in a lovely mood for the afternoon. :o)
Comments:
I know where I'll be tomorrow.
While you’re at work, and between the rain showers (:P), I’ll be spending time in the park, waiting to be frisked by dogs.
Is that a bone in your pocket, or are you just pleased to see me?
LOL!
I tell you, for once it’s not going to rain! Oh, and don’t go by the wildlife-photo exhibition without me – I want to show you the bison. :o)
Worry not, dear Evie.
I shall avoid it like the plague.
Oooh, wouldn’t it be fun if the plague was spread by bison, instead of by rats? Think of all those little 14th century houses with massive even-toed ungulates crashing along behind their skirting boards, and over their rooftops. Fun!
One final word on the weather. Watering-can! :P
Did they
even have skirting boards in the 14th century?!
That, darling, is why the dogs will be frisking you. They’re under strict orders to confiscate any watering-cans they may find. :-P
