What I can improve on:
1. My weight
2. How much I stress out
3. Acne (it’s not bad anymore, thank god! But I still don’t want one speck of imperfection on my skin)
4. The color of my skin (I think I look gross when I’m pale, and I want to feel great even when I’m pasty white)
What I’m doing about it:
1. I’ve been dieting and exercising for a few days now. It’s going okay. It could be better, but I’ve just started. My last fad diet lasted six hours. This is a lifesyle diet. yay fruit and veggies =/
2. I stress about things I can’t control. What I can control, I feel better by being nervous about it. Go figure. The things I can’t control as of right now, I’m sort of preparing for the future situation.
3. My mom bought proactive, so when that comes I’ll be using that with this stuff from the dermotologist, exfoliator, and this face mask, and the little bit of loprox I have left. (loprox is amazing, jsyk)
4. Jergens natural tanner =] $6.99 at target. It’s worth it and doesn’t make me splotchy (is that a word?).
