I started before I found this site. I want to lose 15 pounds in 100 days. I will walk, run, jog at least 6 miles a week, and start playing basketball twice a week. I will do 100 push-ups and 100 sit-ups 3 times a week. I will drink a liter of water a day. I will eat more fruits and veggies. I will sleep at least 6 hours a day. I want to be in shape because I love being healthy and it will help with my attitude and going to work. Also I enjoy doing physical challenging games with friends and family. My starting point is 195 pounds. I will keep you updated at least once a week. PEACE
