Melanie is trying to get fit is looking forward to the start of a new year
I lost 5lbs. I don’t know how I did that other than cutting out some rubbish food and drinks I’d been drinking for the pervious three weeks. I’d actually put on 5lbs when I was ill because of the rubbish food and drink I was having and I stopped it for a week and lost 5lbs which was good. That 5lbs can’t come off this 20lbs because I’d put that 5lbs on after I started this goal.
Any weight lost from now on can count towards this 20lbs.
