Mostly a fun read, although the ending was unsatisfying and seemed to come up pretty abruptly.

I love the Midsomer Murders TV show, and it’s cool to be able to read the stories in more depth, but I’m not sure I’ll actually be able to read any more of them. Because of Sgt. Troy.

I love him to death in the show, and apparently he’s just stripped of any and all redeeming features in the novels.
