exercise regularly

I keep a notebook and write down the stats of what I did on the treadmill like how long, how many laps, calories burned, etc. It’s just easier doing that then getting a gym membership.
But sometimes I get in a funk and stop for a week or two.
I need to set up a regular time to work out. I seem to only do it when I get upset or whatever and need to release pent up energy.
I started watching some DVDs I bought and never got around to viewing while walking the entire time. Seems to be working!
