1. My friend’s apartment building had a fire/toxic blast. She is ok, along with her family and two cats. She may only lose the couch and beds due to the toxic fumes. When the air has been cleared, she’ll be allowed back to get some belongings.

2. My sunburn is starting to peel, which means my sun poisoning is starting to vanish.

3. I still have my husband’s computer to use, even though my laptop had an unexpected death and I lost everything.

4. I’m learning to see sunshine through many of the storms.
