I just bought a vespa two weeks ago to run errands at stuff and I haven’t filled up the gas tank yet.
You don’t have to get a motorcycle license.. or insurance really at least in Florida if you are over 21. But I have the insurance.. I don’t need anyone stealing my $3,200 scooter. ;)
