I made another batch of lemony muffins but with a different recipe. They’re actually still in the oven right now. I hope they are great! They seem to be over filling their trays….uh oh.

Quite disastrous

I halved the recipe but didn’t know how to halve an egg so didn’t & I think I put too much mix into the pans! hahaha explosive!!

Robert still ate them though but they weren’t quite what I was hoping for…
