Day 4 — 1 month ago
Weighed myself this morning and dropped a couple of pounds. I DO need to buy a new scale. I had to get on and off it 3 or 4 times to get a consistent reading….
Ran much more than I walked this morning. Felt really quite good.
Diet:
Coffee w/ 1/2 & 1/2 & splenda
Banana
Cheerios w/ skim
Water
3/4 veggie sandwich w/ pepperjack cheese on 12 grain. Cukes, carrots, melon and water.
strawberry yogurt and, I hate to say it, a 1/2 box of popcorn from the gas station (my kids got it for free and I couldn’t stop eating it it tasted so good…)

Small piece of baked chicken breast w/ coating, mac & cheese, 1/2 piece corn on the cob, pineapple, cukes, raw summer squash

I’m going to have to stay up until 1:30 to pick my son & his friend up from the midnight movie. Late at night my willpower is the WORST. I’m going to try to be strong…
