Day #18 2 months ago

special k bar x2, yogurt, banana, carrots, one spinach enchilada, rice, beans, chips and salsa, strawberry marg, glass of sangria.

No workout again, I just don’t have time. Tomorrow I’ll be walking around the whole day because I’m helping my aunt with her kids and going to a theme park. Only problem is I’m not sure what I’ll eat. I’ll have to pack something and have incredible will power. Oh and once again I drank too much. I really hope I’m loosing weight, I feel like I’m not and that I never will.

about the drinking.. maybe if you switch to like, vodka in diet coke or something, it would be a healthier alternative and you would still be able to drink socially? just a suggestion…
but that doesn’t even matter, it sounds like you did very well today.
