After graduating with a degree in philosophy and travelling/working dead end jobs for a few years, I realized I needed to get my stuff together. Medicine provides a profession that allows me to help people, be comfortable, and continually learn and think. I hope I have what it takes to get in. For the next year, I’m taking the final science courses I need to apply: it is a critical year in my life.
