is sadly a rarity these days. I’m glad today I received some excellent service.

I went into KMart to pick up Tara’s layby for her birthday tomorrow. I had no idea because of the fact that I had bought them during a massive “toy sale” period that the had been stored offsite and they needed three days notice to retrieve them!!! The girl could see the panic on my face and the tears well up in my eyes and straight away came out from the busy layby counter to go all over the store to search for the items. We managed to find all but one. I was sooo stressed!! (but sshhhh don’t tell that other goal of mine). She was sooo helpful to me, asking other staff where we might find certain things and taking me up to the service desk to finalise it all. All with a smile too. Lovely girl that she was.
