if you love yourself are happy/content within your skin then you have everything, no one can take your joy/happiness away from you because it is you, so let’s say you loved someone & they did’nt love you back & decided to leave this would crack a lot of people up because they would feel hurt etc whereas if thier love for themselves was solid they would not be in the position where someone could walk away with their joy/happiness, which is’nt the same as not sharing love with someone who really loves you too it just means love/respect yourself first & share/give love from that point.
You have to have before you can give, because you cannot give what you don’t have ;)
