Almost there. 17 months ago

This has been going very well over the last couple of weeks. I know I’ve mentioned before that it feels like it has become part of my routine, only to find myself slipping again. This time I really think I have nailed it, though.

I shall give it another month and see how I’m going. If I’m still happy with it, then I shall finally be able to mark this as done.

Calissa wonders why she's so tired lately.

I found it hard.

As previous entries indicate. The key for me has been tying it in with my weekly review. At the end of the week I look at how I progressed with my goals and what I want to set for the coming week. I also read over my journal entries for that week and look at what events I have coming up. Planning meals seems to fit in well with that.

I really do need to learn some more recipes though.
