yeah, Its really hard but well worth it. There was a time when I would leave the house with only enough money for a train ticket to work. It forced me to make lunch, not go shopping on my breaks and not buy candy bars or drinks on the way home.

I don’t recommend doing it that way but maybe just taking $20 everyday will stop you from wanting to spend? (It will definitely make it harder at least)
