I have tried to start running again. Now we have a dog I might be able to do some more, but unfortunately she needs some more training so she doesnt pull on the lead. Might have to start by just doing power walks instead.

I’ve wanted a dog but my daily workouts convinces me that Fido would make it that much more fun.
