Sleep schedule change 3 months ago

I’m having to get up every morning at 4:05 a.m. now, and I don’t get to bed until after 9 p.m. I’m tired! I sleep for about 25 minutes in the commuter van going back and forth to work, but it’s not enough. I take many naps on the weekends. I need to figure out a way to get more sleep. Any ideas?

I get up at 430

so I feel your pain. I actually go to bed a few days a week at 8pm, It takes me a while to get to sleep. It stinks going to bed so early, but I have gotten used to it, and the extra hour of sleep helps a lot during the day.
