So I’m kind of exercising every day… I walk to and from work whenever it’s not raining, and I workout with my trainer two times per week. However, my training ends soon, and I’m afraid that the walking is going to become my only form of exercise, and that’s going to stop when summer ends. I just don’t know how to get that motivation to get my ass into the gym by myself. Help!

I started jogging last winter. It was about 0 centigrade which was not to cold and cold enough to force me to keep moving. I hated jogging, and I still dont really like it. But I love the way I feel fterwards. It made me continue. But I do it 3 times a week. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Much easier to continue. When I started I couldn’t run 400m without stopping. Month ago I did 10km competition and I finished it.
So find something which doesnt require you to go to the gym. Jogging, nordic walking maybe? I also started from less than 10min exercise. And when people say it doesnt give you anything….well, now I jogg 45min and the same people still watch TV and pray to god for strong will.
