So far I’ve lost 17 lbs (around 7 kilos)!! Yippee! I am out the door every weekday before 5am and work out at the gym for almost an hour. On weekends I jog in the beach-park and play tennis. I love the way I feel now. I feel motivated and stronger than I’ve ever felt. Took me too many wasted years of denial and procrastination to get to this point, but I’m glad that I’m here.

I’ve been doing really well. I just can’t think of anything to write. I went to Florida a few weeks ago and saw my family (for a reunion). It was lots of fun. I’m from a huge family, so it was really loud!:o) I hope you’re doing well. I have not made any scones or baked bread in ages. I’m now mostly eating sushi.
