You have absolutely no control over this and setting this as some sort of goal related to you is… is… is a huge opportunity for emotional damage for yourself and your offspring.

What if your children are sterile? What if they are gay? What if they simply don’t want children? Are you going to remind them at every opportunity of their adult life that you want them to want children? Is it worth damaging your relationship with them? When they think of you or are reminded of visiting or talking with you, are they going to think twice about reaching out? Your best bet would be, instead of wishing they’ll have children, to wish they have a completely fulfilling and happy life. After all… I think a LOT more people end up with the former and never come close to the latter. THINK about it.
