Digital Web Magazine will be publishing an article I wrote about using PHP to create dynamic CSS stylesheets. Which does indeed give you a very good feeling. I will post a message with a link when it comes out.

Since I last posted a comment on this thread (which was a long time ago!), I’ve had an article published by Digital Web, was asked to take over for Cal Henderson (Senior Developer at Flickr) as the site’s programmer, started a column for PHP Magazine, and had a few other things published. Very satisfying indeed, and a lot of work. The PHP Magazine gig actually pays (not much), but I was disappointed when I found out they were switching to an all-digital (PDF) format—I missed out being published in print by one issue!
