I have a meeting with a Dietician next week so I can get some diet guidance. So today I have started a food, exercise, etc journal. Since I am writing it ALL down I am trying to eat healthy, balanced meals.
Although I would like to include my weight in this tracking I am too self conscious to post it so I will just post pictures. Hopefully we will see some changes over the next few months.
