I was the person in high school whose mom would call her out of gym just so she didn’t have to run a mile. I have been jogging 2-3 times a week for the past three weeks now and I have completely noticed a difference. A while ago my boyfriend and I went jogging down the street and I made it about 2 blocks before I stopped…today I did the same stretch and made it almost 5 blocks before I just walked the rest. I know it’s not very far, but man I felt so good about myself! I eventually would love to run a marathon.
