- wonderful video date with my sweetheart. grateful for the technology to do this and a workable time difference.
- fabulous run through the city of san francisco. I feel blessed to live in such an amazing place.
- loved spending the day (running!) with my friend jen. it was fun to entertain, motivate and hang out with her.
