Lost another 1/4 lbs this morning. Which is better than nothing.

But my arms achhhe! Stupid weights.

I have to leave soon so I don’t have time to measure anything.

I need to remember to go for a run this evening.

Haven’t eaten chocolate in 5 days.

Aw that sucks. But at least it wasnt worse!

I’m supposed to be going for a run right now.

But like.. I cba…

I need to get a move on!!!!
