My ex wants to take me to court on more parenting time. He gets 3 hrs a week and one overnight a month. He’s been making about 75% of the weekly visits and 0% of the overnights.

He’s also only been paying 1/3 of the child support. He’s basically been paying for $29/wk/kid. Actually, I recalculated what I’ve received since the court hearing and it’s been $26.87/wk/kid. That’s really pathetic, isn’t it?

I can’t take this insanity, but yet I’m going to. Sean is just about 5 and there is at least 13 more years of this hell with him. There’s more, but I don’t want to write about it.

He wants the rights and privileges of a parent without any responsibilities.
