lose weight, be 57 again (read all 51 entries…)

i am losing the battle big time. 60 is my limit weight i cannot exceed.
my food yesterday:
breaky – the ususal yoghurt
chinese lunch – soup and main course
evening – watermelon and a mashed potato
no beers :)
still can’t figure out what am i doing wrong.

You’re not eating enough. Your body isn’t stupid, when it’s not getting enough nutrients it starts to pack away every little thing you put into it, making you gain or maintain instead of losing.
