lose weight : part 6 11 months ago

I feel like this is going on and off. And I know it is all my fault. Yet I don’t want to give up on this goal, not at all. I know I will be happy when I finally reach my dream weight, but it is a long and hard way …

I was wondering about several things, though.

- What kind of diet are you doing? Please tell me more about your methods and how effective they have been so far.
- I have found a site which seems to be great, but I am not sure whether they allow people from outside the US to join it … So do you know any good communities for people from Germany with food diaries, sport tips, and so on?
- According to ChaosReigns, I will reach my dream weight in 2010 … Which sounds like a long time, but maybe it is the healthiest way …
- What sports do you do in your freetime? Are there any martial arts that one can do on his/her own, for example? (I have school in the evenings, so I cannot join a club :( ...)

Thanks in advance. BTW, my current weight is 86.4 kilos … About 190.4 lbs I think.

  1. I do the eat-healthy diet. Which means I eat mostly veggies, fruits, whole grains and soy products. I listen to my body and don’t give a fuck about what those so called “diet experts” say. It’s been going well, honestly. I don’t weigh or measure myself so I can’t tell you just how much I’ve lost but I feel just amazing.
  2. Sorry, I don’t live in Germany, I can’t help you.
  3. Speeding things along may sound ideal but trust me it’s not. You’ll get there, don’t worry about how long it takes, there are no short cuts.
  4. Kickboxing, yoga, rock climbing, running & swimming. You can get a DVD and do exercises at home or you can take a class at your college, they usually offer martial arts, and you’ll be there anyway…

Have you tried the site the daily plate? It is free and there seem to be lots of Europeans on there. It helps you track your food and exercice. Hope this helps!
