I feel like this is going on and off. And I know it is all my fault. Yet I don’t want to give up on this goal, not at all. I know I will be happy when I finally reach my dream weight, but it is a long and hard way …
I was wondering about several things, though.
- What kind of diet are you doing? Please tell me more about your methods and how effective they have been so far.
- I have found a site which seems to be great, but I am not sure whether they allow people from outside the US to join it … So do you know any good communities for people from Germany with food diaries, sport tips, and so on?
- According to ChaosReigns, I will reach my dream weight in 2010 … Which sounds like a long time, but maybe it is the healthiest way …
- What sports do you do in your freetime? Are there any martial arts that one can do on his/her own, for example? (I have school in the evenings, so I cannot join a club :( ...)
