I started going to school for this Fall 2003; Since that time, the admissions policy for the school I go to has changed numerous times; I was told that the work was hard, but that is the least of it; Now, you must have a 2.5 GPA; If I go to school next semester, I have to foot the bill, and haven’t been able to find much to put away for that; then, I wonder should I stay here in Mobile or leave for greener pastures? Decisions,decisions; I was hoping to start school in Jan, plug through and get my 2.5 to apply for admission in the Fall 2006; I feel I should be done by the Fall of ‘07 and graduate and still have time to work and help my eldest with college when she graduates in 2008; that’s my thing; but the way things look, it don’t look as though it may work that way; I feel that getting your foot in the door is half the battle, followed by the material and time needed to do the course, followed by the dreaded NCLEX you have to take once you finish; I told myself that if i work this thing, I am going to have the party of ALL parties and have a funky good time; serious;
