Ok so I’ve lost a stinkin pound since the 8th (BLAH!!) On the upside, my hubby got his marching orders from our family doctor….It’s a low-cholesterol diet and exercising 4 times a week for the both of us now! It’s all so much better when you have someone there to help motivate you plus we’ll be setting a good example for the kids…I worry sometimes they are getting too lazy :( Oh well, we do the best we can do and that’s all we can do!
