roast my own coffee

I’ve started roasting. Just frypan and a camp stove, but it works. I totally burnt my first batch… by the fifth try I started to get the heat regulated. its some of the worst/best coffee I ever tasted as I work on the technique.

It’s been a few months. I’m getting better. I have fry-pan roasting down pat. Lite and dark roasts depending on the coffee. I’ve even got a supplier for green beans. I’m working on convincing myself that a small roaster could be a christmas gift for myself.
