I’ve actually stopped thinking about people as objects that i hate. I’m using “dislike” instead, and try to care as little as possible about it.
I’m close to reaching this goal :D
Looking at your vocabulary sometimes makes all the difference. I read that if you change a phrase something like, “I’m furious,” to something like, “I’m peeved,” it weakens the statement making you not as angry. The same goes for the positive. Instead of saying, “I feel fine,” you could say, “I feel fantastic,” and it actually brightens things up.
Anyway, I’m not explaining it that well. It’s from Notes from a Friend by Tony Robbins. Short read. Worth looking into.
