So weekends my meals tend to be bigger than in the week, BUT I rarely snack – in the week i prob have 4 snacky things a day worth about 300cals in total.

So far today:
B: 2x Croissants with Jam
L: Jacket potato with Spaghetti (had no beans!) & cheese
D… I think i’m gonna do us spag bol, only instead of doing the spaghetti for me, im gonna have a big pile of steamed veggies instead. Then I can feel I bit more virtuous about it!

Oooh, going to get my eyes tested later. I didn’t realise how bad my vision was until I put my boyfs glasses on last night and all of sudden could see crystal clear! Not that I imagine perfect vision will help my weight loss… But worth a mention none the less!
