I use to a few months ago but i got a boyfriend then stopped.
Now i’m single again i should start walking again.

Multiple benefits
Walking is good exercise. It’s not as quick weight-reducing as more strenuous forms of exercise. But it is exercise, nonetheless, and that should never be overlooked.
It is a great way for clearing the mind, which is more of a spiritual thing, in my opinion, even if you are just working out what made you mad today, or making your grocery list. I think this form of emotional health should not be overlooked, either.
And a walk, even at night, allows you to see things you’ve never seen before, if you take a moment to look around. And often this is the same path you’ve taken before. So that means you are seeing the same thing in a new and fresh way. And that’s important to experience from time to time.

Knock it back to taking a walk on 5 out of the past 7 days and see if you can stick to it until Christmas. That gives you the room to be easy on yourself if you have to miss the occasional day.
