Okay, so I’ve been out of the gym a steady 2 weeks (with the exception of like 1 day) and I have no idea what I weigh. I really believe I’m still 166-168, but the fact that I haven’t been working out makes my body feel really heavy, lazy and overall fat. When I work out steadily, I feel strong, solid, able. But not now.
So today I have to work out and weigh myself. Fun!
