So I weighed myself finally. 169. Yuk. Damn. Shit and then some.
This is why I feel it’s important to utilize a scale on a weekly, if not twice a week basis.
You simply MUST keep track of your progress or regression. Forget about the way clothing “feels”. Using a tape measure and scale is more accurate and measurable.
