drank too much last night and skipped dinner!!!

today i have to work so cant fit in exercise

have had a bowl of pasta and tuna so far
gunna take the rest to work and have a yoghurt, thats me for today!

Tomorrow

i have exercise class and im havin a night in so should be able to get back on track!

friday must run after work!
