Physical Goals:
1. Increase my flexibility
Will I ever be done? Increasing…but certainly not where I want to be
2. Do a backbend
I was so excited when I did this in a yoga class. I had no idea I could. It was inspiring to know that my body is changing
3. Get my body fat under 20%
Last time I checked it was 18. Shooting for 15
4. Have arms like Madonna
We’re getting there…if only my damn tendonitis would quit acting up
5. Get my certification in Body Attack
October 11-12 is the workshop. Good God, i am going to die!
6. Get my cerfification in Body Pump
Now teaching this class 2-3 times a week. Should hear back from my video assessment this week
7. Run a race
I don’t know when I will do this. Just need to register and get it done so I can mark it off
