thanks to one of the methods i was able to come in contact with a spirit wolf of sorts

How old are you? I turned when I was 10 and I am 15! Kind of early if you ask me! I found a pack when I was 12! So umm you have to be angry to change!
on my 16th birth day i dicoverd i had anger and strengths that should not belong 2 a girl
l8r i discoverd that i strenthen on the full moon.
if i get angry or passionitv i feel my limbs ripping apart and standing in the full moon showes a croucing aninal with wings

how did you contact your spirit wolf? and do u have any good advice wen it comes to shifting? i need to practice a bit more…but everytime i get really far i pass out… its a pain, lol.
