I have found that going to a ceramics studio, sitting down and just getting lost in painting is fabulously relaxing. Its like I can take all my stress, worries, and frustrations out in my painting. Now….Im not saying Im any good : ) but it feels good to be able to have an outlet like that….
Now I just have to get my finances back in order so I can go more often.
